Job summary

Quality Talent Group in Missouri is seeking a friendly, customer-focused associate to deliver outstanding service to every guest in our store environment. The role emphasizes accurate sales processing, cash handling, and helping customers with credit applications when needed.

You will contribute to achieving sales goals, participate in opening and closing procedures, and support our team with a welcoming, efficient shopping experience for diverse customers.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the US.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year of customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Aid customers with credit applications and financing matters as required.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI’s and performance standards.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
