Job summary

Quality Talent Group, a long-standing global employer in consumer health and personal care, seeks a customer-focused team member for in-store sales. You will provide outstanding customer service, accurately process sales and cash handling, support inventory and loss prevention, and help meet sales KPIs.

Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year of customer service or sales experience, are legally eligible to work in the US, and are ready to contribute to a high-performance retail team.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Support inventory management and loss prevention procedures.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI’s and performance standards.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
