Qualifications

• 2+ years of Women’s Specialty Retail experience preferred.
• At least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Proven ability to develop high-performing teams.
• Strong customer service skills and relationship-building.
• Experience in analyzing business trends and executing action plans.
• Passion for fashion, styling, and merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a role model, developing strong customer relationships and supporting community engagement.
• Assist in hiring, training, and developing a high-performing team and provide coaching.
• Help drive store performance by analyzing sales trends, setting goals, and communicating strategies.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of products to provide personalized styling recommendations.
• Support daily store operations, manage inventory, and uphold visual merchandising standards.
• Take ownership of responsibilities, address challenges proactively, and support the Store Manager.
• Communicate effectively across organizational levels and adapt messaging.
