Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a customer-focused associate to deliver outstanding service in our US retail environment. You will process sales orders, assist customers with financing matters, and contribute to a positive guest experience.

The role requires at least 1 year of customer service or sales experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and legal work authorization in the US. You should be comfortable lifting up to 25 lbs and thriving in a fast-paced team setting.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred.
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Aid customers with credit applications and financing matters as required.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI’s and performance standards.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
