Job summary

Michaels is seeking a friendly team member for our Green Bay, WI store to help customers shop, locate products, and complete a fast, friendly checkout. You will participate in unloading trucks, stocking, and maintaining planograms to keep the store well-merchandised and in stock.

Responsibilities include promoting the Michaels Rewards program, assisting with BOPIS/SFS, and supporting safety and shrink programs while upholding company SOPs and values.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to engage customers and assist with product locations.
• Willingness to learn store programs and rewards enrollment where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout with cash handling to standards.
• Explain and enroll customers in the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards.
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer survey.
• Assist with omni-channel processes including BOPIS and SFS.
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram maintenance.
• Support store recovery, in-stock optimization and shrink/safety programs.
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies; maintain professional conduct.
• Cross-train in Custom Framing selling and production.
