Job summary

Qualifications

• Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store cleanliness and recovery standards to uphold Brand Promises.
• Provide friendly customer service and help customers locate products.
• Handle cash at checkout to standards.
• Encourage enrollments in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards.
• Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship from Store (SFS) processes.
• Support planogram (POG) processes and stockroom duties.
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies.
