Responsibilities

• Establish cordial relationships with customers and address inquiries promptly.
• Inform customers about banking products and services.
• Open new accounts and service existing accounts following procedures.
• Process teller transactions accurately and in compliance with regulations.
• Promote banking channels (in‑person and digital) to customers.
• Provide information on account status, balances, and transaction history.
• Support marketing campaigns to grow the customer base.
• Refer customers to Wealth, Mortgage, Commercial, and Treasury services.
