Job summary

3D Systems is seeking an Order Management Coordinator to ensure a seamless customer experience by accurately processing orders and serving as the main contact for customers and sales teams. You will enter and maintain order data, resolve discrepancies, and coordinate with cross-functional teams for timely fulfillment.

The role works in a hybrid model at our Rock Hill, SC headquarters, with on-site presence three days per week.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree, or 1–3 years of related experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales teams, channel partners, and customers to resolve booking discrepancies.
• Review terms and reconcile with company policies to minimize risk.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve complaints via email and phone professionally.
• Obtain approvals per authorization matrices.
• Support billing processes and escalate issues when needed.
• Ensure compliance with policies and internal controls, including audits.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments for on-time delivery.
• Create and maintain complete sales documentation for revenue recognition and SOX compliance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve efficiency and processes.
