Job summary

Mariner Finance is seeking a Customer Service and Sales Associate in Waycross, GA to provide exceptional service, process loan applications, and analyze credit information for customers. You will contact customers with past due balances, help meet branch goals, and learn relevant laws to ensure compliant actions, with work hours that include weekdays and occasional weekends.

The role offers $18-$21 per hour with a monthly incentive and a full benefits package, plus opportunities for growth

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience in a customer service or sales position.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn financial services programs.
• Must obtain applicable licenses to sell insurance products offered at the branch.
• Work at the assigned branch location.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by solving problems and presenting loan solutions.
• Process credit loan applications and analyze financial information.
• Contact customers with past due balances to offer solutions.
• Meet or exceed branch sales goals.
• Learn applicable laws to ensure compliant actions.
• Handle cash drawer and daily deposits as required.
• Perform additional duties as needed based on market demand.
