All States Ag Parts, Llc. is seeking a Counter Sales representative to handle customer calls and inquiries, research inventory, and prepare quotes and invoices. The role focuses on delivering excellent service, building repeat business, and meeting monthly targets.

You will respond to pricing requests, coordinate with vendors for non-stocked items, and input data into the invoicing system while maintaining accurate records and timely follow-ups.

Formación

• High School graduate, or equivalent work experience.
• Advanced computer knowledge including e-mail, Word, and Excel software.
• Professional phone skills and keyboarding.
• Ability to contribute to the company's operation and principles through ethical practices.

Responsabilidades

• Handles inbound customer requests for pricing and availability.
• Acknowledges and responds to all customer emails within 30-minute to 1-hour timeframe.
• Enters quotes and invoices into the company’s invoicing system.
• Prepares and supplies customers with freight quotes and invoices.
• Locates alternative products not in stock from approved vendors.
• Takes ownership of issues and keeps the customer informed of status of resolution.
• Logs all interactions with customers via email, text, phone or in person.
• Maintains accurate records of all client follow-up activities.
• Develops and manages relationships with key accounts including quote follow up.
