The role supports freight coordination, scheduling, and proactive communication with customers and internal teams to optimize driver time, meet service commitments, and maintain accurate load and freight information.

Competenze

• 4-year college degree and/or transportation experience preferred.
• Proficient with internal computer systems including transportation management systems, spreadsheets, and word processing.

• Coordinate freight commitments and inform on network balance.
• Schedule appointments to optimize driver time while meeting service commitments.
