• Has managed Drivers and Dockworkers.
• Knowledge of the surrounding geographical area to the Service Center.

Responsibilities

• Utilize systems to maximize resource capabilities and ensure efficient operations.
• Prepare and review production and service records against center objectives.
• Monitor service center performance and adjust staffing and scheduling as needed.
