Job summary

Incora is seeking an Expediter I in Northlake, IL to build strong customer relationships, handle routine inquiries, and expedite orders through receiving and inspection. You will support the Warehouse team with administrative tasks while ensuring excellent service and accurate processing.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, proven customer service and order-entry skills, and the ability to use Microsoft Office and AI tools to improve productivity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proven excellence in customer service, order entry, and/or warehouse or shipping skills.
• Knowledge of Incora customers and products preferred; ability to conduct root cause analysis.
• Detailed data entry skills.
• Strong customer service attitude with willingness to assist in multiple areas within Warehouse.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to learn database systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using Copilot or AI tools to enhance productivity.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by responding promptly to inquiries and requests.
• Facilitate rush orders and expedite parts through receiving and inspection processes.
• Monitor availability of materials and parts.
• Provide ongoing and excellent customer service with fast, accurate order processing and prompt communication.
• Assist Warehouse team and Tooling Repair facility with related administrative tasks.
