Job summary

Incora is actively seeking a Warehouse Associate in Northlake, TX to support order fulfillment from receipt to shipment. You will count, label, package, and ship materials while maintaining accuracy and following customer specifications.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and efficient data entry using RF scanning and standard warehouse software. The ideal candidate has a High School diploma or GED with 1–2 years of warehousing or shipping experience, strong communication skills, and

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
1–2 years warehousing, inventory control, or shipping experience preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to follow safety regulations and work in a team environment.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of DOT/EPA guidelines for transporting hazardous materials.

Responsibilities

Count, bag, and label per warehouse/customer requirements.
Package and prepare material for shipment.
Utilize carrier/shipping system to ship product.
Perform cycle counts and inventory audits.
Reconcile inventory discrepancies and document outcomes.
Meet quality and productivity standards, including on-time delivery and accuracy.
Maintain safe work environment and operate pallet jacks or order pickers when certified.
