Job summary

Incora is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team in a fast-paced supply chain environment. You will handle receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping customized orders with attention to detail and strong team collaboration.

Responsibilities include data entry, cycle counts, labeling, and complying with safety and quality standards while maintaining excellent customer service and supporting ITAR/FAR requirements as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Required.
• 1–2 years warehousing, inventory control, and/or shipping experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with customers.
• Ability to learn Outlook, Word, Excel and other database systems.
• Understanding of DOT and EPA guidelines for transporting hazardous materials.
• Must comply with ITAR and FAR security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Learn, maintain, and apply accurate knowledge of warehouse work instructions, policies, and procedures.
• Count, bag, and label per warehouse/customer requirements.
• Package and prepare material for shipment.
• Utilize carrier and third‑party shipping systems to ship product.
• Perform timely cycle counts and inventory audits to support accurate inventory management.
• Reconcile inventory discrepancies and prepare related paperwork.
