Job summary

Incora is seeking an Expediter I to build and maintain strong customer relationships by handling routine inquiries, expediting rush orders, and resolving order issues. You will support the Warehouse team and Tooling Repair facility while ensuring timely, accurate order processing.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, proven customer service and data entry skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in customer service, order entry, or warehouse/shipping helpful.
• Strong data entry and Microsoft Office skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to routine inquiries and requests.
• Facilitate rush orders and expedite parts.
• Monitor availability of materials and troubleshoot order issues.
