Incora is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team. You will handle receiving, put-away, picking, packing, stocking, documenting and shipping of customized orders with accuracy and efficiency.

Provide data entry, counts, labeling, and cycle counts while following established procedures. You will work under direct supervision to meet quality and productivity standards and support a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years warehousing, inventory control, and/or shipping experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication with internal and/or external customers.
• Ability to learn and gain knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel; basic data-entry.
• Familiarity with DOT/EPA guidelines for hazardous materials and ITAR/FAR compliance.

Responsibilities

• Receive material from vendors and enter data in computer.
• Count and record material to ensure accuracy.
• Pull or stock materials using RF scanning system as required.
• Package and prepare material for shipment.
• Perform timely cycle counts and inventory audits to support accurate inventory management.
• Follow safety regulations in all work processes and operate pallet jacks or order picker when trained.
