Goodwill Industries of the Southern Piedmont is seeking a Retail Team Member to assist customers at the register, process payments, and help shoppers find items. You will keep the sales floor stocked, merchandise clothing by type/color, and ensure racks stay tidy and rotated.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient customer service at the register: ring sales, handle payments, bag merchandise, thank customers
• Keep the sales floor stocked and organized: move clothing from backroom, sort by type/color, rotate racks
• Maintain a clean, safe shopping environment including dressing rooms and work areas
• Greet donors, accept donations, issue receipts
• Support donation door operations and sorting/hanger tasks as needed
• Report safety, security, or theft concerns to store management
• Help with other duties to support a strong team environment
