Job summary

Michaels Stores in Harrisburg-Camp Hill, PA, is hiring for a Customer Service Associate. You will help customers locate products, provide friendly checkout service, and enroll them in Rewards and Private Label Credit Cards.

You’ll participate in truck unloads, stocking, planograms, and store recovery to keep shelves in stock, while supporting omnichannel processes (BOPIS and SFS) and upholding SOPs and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move throughout the store.
• Able to lift heavy boxes and use ladders when needed.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience with cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on Rewards and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Assist Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
• Responsible for merchandise recovery and in-stock store maintenance.
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties.
• Support shrink and safety programs; adhere to SOPs and company policies.
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
