Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Centre County, PA is looking for store team members to deliver friendly customer service, assist shoppers, and process fast checkouts. You will participate in truck unloading and merchandising to keep shelves stocked and organized.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop the store
• Support fast and accurate checkout
• Assist with truck unloading and merchandise duties
• Maintain store recovery and shelf presentation
• Provide enrollment and information on rewards and private label credit cards
• Assist with omnichannel processes including BOPIS and Ship From Store
• Support planograms, SISO, and AD set duties
• Follow SOPs and company policies to ensure compliance
