Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of transaction processing experience (cash/digital).
• 1 year of customer experience; ability to recommend and refer products.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in the lobby and assist with simple transactions.
• Demonstrate mobile app and ATM usage to customers.
• Provide personalized advice to help customers reach financial goals and connect them with Bankers when needed.
• Follow all financial policies, cash handling, and state/local regulations.
