Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Delivers a customer experience and educates customers on options while processing a variety of interactions.
• Identifies banking opportunities and refers as appropriate to branch staff.
• Performs lobby engagement activities to connect customers with PNC products.
• Ensures teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed accurately and efficiently.
