Responsibilities

• Processes retail and commercial deposits by ensuring all documents are in proper form.
• Cashes checks and withdrawals; confirms documents are authorized and within limits.
• Operates computer terminal to process activity, balances accounts and resolves issues.
• Balances cash drawer daily and maintains logs and reports.
• Cross-sells bank products and refers customers to appropriate staff.
• Performs safe deposit duties and processes wire transfers and deposits.
