Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Cash Handling Experience Preferred.
• Customer Service Experience Preferred.
• Professional verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Basic ten-key calculator skills.
• Reliability in scheduled shifts.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, checks, and cash withdrawals with proper forms.
• Operate computer terminals to process accounts and balances.
• Assist with night depository duties and cash handling tasks.
• Cross-sell bank products and refer customers to staff.
• Issue cashier's checks and handle wires/reports as required.
• Balance cash drawer daily and assist vault operations.
• Answer phones and route inquiries to the right staff.
• Prepare and process banking reports and logs as needed.
• Process traveler’s checks and ATM deposits.
• Maintain records and ensure timely attendance.
