Qualifications

• Cash Handling experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process retail and commercial deposits and ensure documents are proper.
• Cash checks and withdrawals; verify documents and limits.
• Operate computer terminals to process account activity and resolve issues.
• Assist with night depository duties, logs, bags, deposits, and change orders.
• Cross-sell bank products and refer customers to staff as needed.
• Issue cashier’s checks and perform safe deposit duties.
• Process stop payments and holds; accept loan payments.
• Balance cash drawer daily and reconcile with vault.
• Provide strong customer service and resolve issues within authority.
• Maintain records and process wires and reports; handle mail.
• Answer phones and direct callers to appropriate staff.
• Collect data and prepare various reports as required.
• Process traveler’s checks, ATM deposits, and deposit slip corrections.
• Assist in opening/closing vault and balancing currency.
