Qualifications

High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Cash Handling Experience Preferred.
Customer Service Experience Preferred.
Ability to work professionally and confidentially.
Basic ten-key skills.

Ability to perform basic arithmetic.
Dependable with regular attendance.

Responsibilities

Process deposits, withdrawals, and cash transactions with accuracy.
Operate computer terminals to record account activity and resolve issues.
Balance cash drawer daily and assist with vault tasks as needed.
Cross-sell bank products and refer customers to appropriate staff.
Handle stop payments and loan payments as required.
Open/close vault duties and maintain records and logs.
