Qualifications

• High school diploma and at least 1 year of related experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide a superior service experience to bank guests.
• Develop, maintain and grow profitable client relationships.
• Perform teller functions: deposits, withdrawals, payments and negotiable items; balance cash drawer daily.
• Advise clients on solutions and educate them about products.
• Assist in opening new accounts and establishing relationships.
• Adhere to bank policies and required compliance training.
• Monitor deposits and credit portfolios for quality and risk; assist in collections as needed.
