Heritage Bank NA is seeking a frontline Customer Service Associate to process transactions and assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments. The role is primarily based in Willmar with possible work in Spicer or Pennock, supporting a welcoming, customer-centric banking environment.

Ideal candidates will have 1-2 years of customer service experience and prior banking or cash handling exposure.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience with banking or cash handling is a plus.
• Must communicate effectively and be dependable.

Responsibilities

• Process all cash and check transactions accurately (deposits, withdrawals, transfers).
• Assist customers with deposit accounts, loan payments, and banking products/services.
• Provide friendly, courteous service in person, over the phone, or via email/fax.
