PNC is seeking a Personal Banker to join our Retail Branch team in Troy, Michigan. In this in-office role, you will engage customers, identify financial needs, and present PNC solutions to grow the bank's share of wallet while delivering exceptional service.

You will work with ecosystem partners, maintain risk controls, and participate in daily branch operations to support a loyal customer base and strong community presence.

Formación

• 3+ years of related experience in banking or customer-facing roles.
• Associates or equivalent degree typically preferred or required.
• Knowledge of banking products and customer service processes.

Responsabilidades

• Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Drive sales conversations to identify appropriate PNC solutions and grow customer share of wallet.
