You will work with ecosystem partners, participate in lobby engagements, and educate customers on digital tools while maintaining strong risk controls in an in-office environment.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent with related experience preferred.
• Typical 3+ years of experience; military experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and deepen branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Manage customer experience to improve financial wellbeing and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customer share of wallet.
• Position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty.
• Drive proactive sales conversations through outbound calls, service-to-sales, and lobby engagement.
• Educate customers on options for managing financial transactions using technology and resources.
• Demonstrate risk awareness and adhere to policies to minimize losses while ensuring efficient branch operations.
