Responsibilities

• Create customer loyalty through needs-based conversations to deliver a differentiated customer experience.
• Develop knowledge of bank products and services across lines of business.
• Proficiency with digital channels (Zoom, Appointment Scheduler, DocuSign, GRO, Online/Mobile Banking) and educate customers.
• Drive proactive sales conversations through internal/external interactions including outbound calls and referrals.
• Acquire new customers through prospecting while deepening relationships and meeting sales goals.
• Perform teller functions and balance cash daily; adhere to policies and procedures.
• Partner with other lines of business to identify and refer customer needs (Mortgage, Investments, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with BSA/AML and other regulatory requirements.
