Job summary

Big O Tires in Cortez, CO is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a full-time role. You will assist customers, handle sales, and support tire-related services in a fast-paced environment.

Experience is preferred but training is available. Must be able to assist customers, maintain a clean workspace, and follow safety policies. A valid driving record and drug-free status are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency is preferred.
• Ability to speak, read and write English is preferred.
• Good computer skills and ability to use company hardware and software.

Responsibilities

• Drive vehicles with automatic and manual transmissions.
• Explain services and products to customers.
• Operate point of sale hardware and software.
• Prepare and inspect work orders and vehicle inspections.
