Job summary

Raymond West is seeking a Customer Care Manager to lead aftermarket activities for major accounts and focus on customer retention and program implementation. You will drive aftermarket sales growth and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and optimize service.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and willingness to travel to client sites and job locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) or equivalent experience.
• Experience retaining and growing key accounts is preferred.
• Willingness to travel 90% (30+ hours/week).
