Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and process customer orders, including changes, cancellations, credits, and returns.
• Provide timely product availability, pricing, lead times, shipment status, and order updates.
• Handle a high volume of inbound calls and emails with professionalism and courtesy.
• Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, Warranty, and Logistics teams.
• Document interactions and maintain accurate records in company systems.
