Job description

About Our Team

For more than 60 years, our organization has helped individuals and families across North America better understand and access programs designed to provide additional financial protection.

Through established relationships with unions, associations, and membership groups, we have built our reputation around dependable service, personalized support, and long-term relationships.

Our workplace reflects those same values. We believe people perform at their best when they have access to the right training, technology, mentorship, and opportunities to develop professionally. As our organization continues to expand, we’re looking for motivated individuals who want flexibility, meaningful work, and the opportunity to build a lasting career.

Your Role

As part of our remote team, you’ll work directly with individuals and families who need assistance understanding and managing their available benefit programs.

You’ll serve as a consistent point of contact, helping clients navigate their options, answering questions, and making complicated information easier to understand. The goal is to provide an experience that is professional, informative, and supportive from the initial conversation through continued service.

Rather than simply handling transactions, you’ll focus on developing relationships and becoming someone clients feel comfortable turning to when they need assistance.

What You’ll Do
  • Communicate with clients through phone and virtual appointments
  • Develop positive, professional relationships with the families you assist
  • Review benefit and coverage information based on individual needs
  • Explain programs and options in straightforward, understandable language
  • Respond to questions regarding coverage, account changes, and service requests
  • Assist with electronic forms, applications, and other documentation
  • Provide timely follow-up and continued client support
  • Maintain accurate and organized client information
  • Collaborate with team leaders to improve the overall client experience
  • Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development
What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking individuals who are dependable, personable, and motivated to grow professionally.

Ideal candidates demonstrate:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • A professional and client-focused approach
  • Strong organization and attention to detail
  • Confidence using technology and communicating virtually
  • Ability to manage responsibilities independently
  • Self-motivation and a goal-oriented mindset
  • Willingness to learn, receive feedback, and develop new skills
  • Genuine interest in helping and educating others
  • Legal eligibility to work in the United States or Canada

Previous experience in customer service, client relations, sales, insurance, hospitality, or another people-focused field can be helpful, but it is not required.

What We Provide
  • Fully Remote Environment — work virtually with the technology and systems needed to succeed
  • Weekly Compensation — with additional monthly performance-based incentive opportunities
  • Complete Training — structured onboarding designed to prepare you for the position
  • Personalized Mentorship — continued coaching and support as you develop
  • Career Advancement — opportunities to pursue additional responsibilities and leadership positions
  • Professional Development — ongoing learning and leadership training
  • Flexible Work Environment — greater independence in managing your professional responsibilities
  • Team Support — work alongside professionals focused on collaboration and shared success
  • Purposeful Work — help families better understand programs designed to protect their financial well-being

We’re looking for individuals who are ready to learn, contribute, and build something long term while making a meaningful difference for the families they serve.
