Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Customer Care Agent to join our team in Warroad, MN. You will guide dealers and customers through product questions, warranty concerns, and system navigation, delivering an empathetic, high-quality support experience.

With 2+ years in customer-facing roles and experience with Salesforce CRM, you will own inquiries from start to resolution, participate in onboarding of new dealers, and help educate partners on Marvin's software and processes. Relocation assistance is available.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer-facing role.
• Experience using CRM systems like Salesforce.
• Proven track record of resolving customer issues efficiently.
• Strong team collaboration skills.
• Ability to mentor others and share expertise across teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries across phone, email, and chat.
• Educate dealers on Marvin's Order Management software, products and warranty processes.
• Own customer interactions from start to resolution, delivering solutions aligned with Marvin's policies.
• Support onboarding for new dealers and partners, facilitating account setup and initial training.
