Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Product Support Specialist to join our Technical Product Support Department in Warroad, MN. You will help customers understand product options, pricing, and specifications while delivering clear, timely support that meets customer needs and production requirements.

This role emphasizes collaboration, problem-solving, and learning product systems quickly. A relocation benefit is available, and a sign-on bonus of $1,500 is offered for joining Marvin.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in estimating, drafting, construction, or related discipline.
• Comfort using Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to learn AutoCAD through provided training.

Responsibilities

• Support and educate dealers, channel partners, and trade professionals

You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)

Compensation
