Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Customer Care Agent in Warroad, MN, to serve as the primary contact for dealers and customers across phone, email, and chat. You will guide users through product questions, warranty concerns, and system navigation with empathy and accuracy.

You will educate partners on Marvin’s Order Management software, own interactions to resolution, and assist with onboarding and initial training. Relocation benefits and a sign-on bonus are available.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer-facing role.
• Experience using CRM systems like Salesforce to manage customer interactions.
• Proven track record of resolving customer issues efficiently while maintaining relationships.

You’ll guide users through product questions, warranty concerns, and system navigation - all while delivering a seamless and empathetic experience. This job is located in Warroad, MN. If you're considering relocating to Warroad, you may be eligible for a relocation benefit package to assist with your move. Compensation
