Qualifications

• 2–3 years inside sales or customer service experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for domestic and international customers.
• Process quotes and orders and send acknowledgements within one business day.
• Investigate and resolve customer issues with urgency and follow through to completion.
• Monitor open orders and flag potential delays before they affect the customer.
• Prepare transaction documents for Customs, Accounting, Engineering, and other teams.
• Provide weekly status reports that keep customers informed and confident.
