Responsibilities

• Provide daily support to external and internal customers for myQ subscriptions.
• Use Salesforce to initiate and process customer cases within SLAs.
• Escalate issues and identify trends for process improvements.
• Support Sales, Customer Success, and Product Managers as SME.
• Handle billing inquiries and assist with invoicing questions.
• Maintain inbox workflow and respond within service levels.
