Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and manage phone requests and inquiries in a helpful and professional manner.
• Order management, coordinating with branch staff, clients, clinicians, and care givers.
• Assists in completion of work orders including verifying client information, equipment details, and funding eligibility.
• Performs various data entry, clerical tasks, assists with physical inventory, and accepts deliveries.
