FirstEnergy Met-Ed is hiring an on-site Customer Service Representative to join our team. After paid training, you will handle inbound calls, answer billing questions, and assist during outages with professionalism and empathy.

We offer a Monday–Friday schedule, competitive hourly pay at $17, a comprehensive benefits package, and on-site training designed to set you up for success. Prior customer service experience and a high school diploma are preferred.
