Job summary

TGI Office Automation in Brooklyn, NY is seeking a Customer Care Representative to join the Customer Care Team. You will handle incoming calls, place service and supply orders, assist with online registration, and support the team's workflow.

The role is full-time, in person, with an hourly pay range of $21.00–$25.00 and benefits including health and dental insurance, PTO, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• HS degree or above.
• At least two years of customer service experience (call center, helpdesk or telesales).
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as e-Automate and/or e-Views is a plus.
• Proficient with MS Office programs.
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
• Industry experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Field incoming calls from customers seeking service calls or orders; manage large volumes of calls.
• Provide brief, professional customer communications.
• Place orders in IMS / e-Automate; ensure data accuracy.
• Verify customer information and correct order quantities.
• Identify customer needs, research issues, and provide solutions.
• Perform other duties as required.
