Job summary

Driveway Finance Corporation, part of Lithia & Driveway, seeks a Loan Services Administrator I for our Tigard, Oregon location. You will support daily loan processing tasks, deposits, and document handling in a fast-paced, in-office environment.

The role requires strong data entry, attention to detail, and effective communication. Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, in-person with comprehensive total rewards benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior data entry experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy critical.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Process check payments in loan system and log transactions.
• Make daily electronic check deposits.
• Complete loan closeout process and mail documentation.
• Prepare vendor check requests for Corporate AP.
• Process loan payment reapplications in loan system.
• Prepare outbound mail for delivery.
• Scan documents and save in shared folders.
• Distribute mail to departments and log in system.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

The DFC Loan Services Administrator I will possess an understanding for ensuring all transactions are accurate, completed and processed in a timely manner. This individual plays an important supporting role to all other departments in the company.

The DFC Loan Services Administrator I reports to the DFC Loan Services Supervisor.

Location: Tigard, OR

• Monday - Friday
• 8am - 5pm
• In-Person

Target Hiring Range: At Lithia & Driveway, we believe in pay transparency. The full compensation range for this position is $18 - $21/hr , reflecting the earning potential and growth opportunities available within the role. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, job-related knowledge, and geographic location. Final pay decisions are made through the interview process and in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.

What You'll Do

• Apply check payments in loan management system and check log
• Perform daily electronic check deposits
• Complete Loan closeout process and mail required documentation
• Prepare vendor check requests for Corporate AP
• Perform loan payment reapplications in loan management system
• Prepare outbound mail for delivery
• Scan documents and save in shared folders
• Retrieve mail, distribute to departments and log returned mail in loan management system
• Other duties as assigned
