Job summary

Pinnacle Propane is seeking a Customer Care Representative to manage front-office activities and ensure high-quality customer service. You will work closely with the Customer Care Supervisor to maintain efficient operations and support daily administrative tasks.

Training and licensing for propane-related tasks are provided as needed. Responsibilities include answering calls, resolving inquiries, and maintaining performance metrics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• English fluent; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answering calls and handling customer queries
• Adhere to assigned schedule and perform all assigned task
• Provide first level support for customer complaints or issues
• Research / resolve customer inquiries
• Discuss with direct supervisor results of daily, weekly, and monthly performance
• Accountable for satisfactory daily call answer rate and first call resolutions
