We are seeking passionate, motivated individuals with proven success in contact center environments. Our Contact Center supports inbound healthcare service programs across various marketing campaigns, disease states, and projects, providing multi-channel customer service via telephone, email, postal mail, fax, and chat.

Customer Care Specialist

The Customer Care Specialist handles inbound inquiries from consumers and healthcare professionals, including product questions, adverse events, and sample requests. Responsibilities include identifying and processing adverse events and technical complaints.

Remote Position
Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  1. Providing customer support through phone, email, direct mail, and other channels
  2. Maintaining high-quality standards and adhering to approved materials and guidelines
  3. Accurately collecting and entering information into program databases
  4. Answering product questions using approved FAQs and discussion guides
  5. Communicating effectively and empathetically, translating medical terminology as needed
  6. Identifying and processing adverse events and technical complaints per client procedures
  7. Following all privacy and security protocols
  8. Adhering to company policies and SOPs
  9. Performing administrative and non-telecommunication duties as needed
  10. Managing customer escalations and collaborating with other teams for resolution
Requirements:
  • BA/BS degree or relevant experience
  • Customer service experience
  • Expert typist

Salary range: approximately $38K - $40K.
