We seek passionate, motivated individuals with success in contact center environments. Our Contact Center supports inbound healthcare service programs across various campaigns, disease states, and projects, providing customer support via phone, email, mail, fax, and chat.

Customer Care Specialist

Handles inbound customer calls from consumers and healthcare professionals regarding product questions, adverse events, sample requests, etc. Responsible for identifying and processing adverse events and technical complaints.

Remote Position

Essential duties include:

  • Providing support through multiple channels
  • Maintaining quality standards and adhering to guidelines
  • Accurately capturing information in databases
  • Answering product questions using approved materials
  • Communicating empathetically and explaining medical terminology
  • Processing adverse events and technical complaints per protocols
  • Following privacy and security procedures
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Performing administrative duties as needed
  • Managing escalations and collaborating for solutions

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree or relevant experience
  • Customer service experience
  • Expert typist

Salary range: approximately $38K - $40K.
