Performance Foodservice is seeking a Customer Service Associate to assist customers with order entries and inquiries, ensuring satisfaction with the distributor. You will resolve issues, coordinate with vendors, and support the sales and delivery process in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include processing orders, credits, and invoicing, plus daily administrative tasks. The role emphasizes accuracy, timely communication, and customer care within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• 6–12 months of customer service, call center and/or related area.
• Demonstrated communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to input orders and handle inquiries accurately.

Responsibilities

• Input customer orders.
• Input customer credits.
• Input order and invoicing information accurately and timely.
• Assist customers with orders and problems. Contact vendors for samples.
• Provide informative and professional assistance to customers, vendors, coworkers.
• Perform administrative duties (fax/mail checks, sample requests, special orders).
• Attend training and Customer Service meetings.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
