Job summary

Culligan Ultrapure is seeking a detail-oriented customer service professional to support daily operations for residential and commercial clients. You will assist customers, answer calls, schedule service appointments and route deliveries, and maintain data in NetSuite.

A willingness to learn and strong work ethic are essential for success in a fast-paced environment. Associate degree is preferred, with basic Excel and accounting knowledge to help resolve billing issues and improve cash flow.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred with hands-on customer service experience.
• Basic Microsoft Excel experience.
• Basic understanding of general service installation duties.
• General accounting knowledge for resolving billing issues and reducing account receivable delinquency.
• Basic understanding of Accounts Payable process.
• Position requires a great deal of energy and a passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day customer service operations.
• Answer incoming calls and assist customers.
• Schedule service appointments and route deliveries for bottled water and salt.
• Maintain and enter data in NetSuite.
• Support basic collections and bookkeeping tasks.
