Job summary

Culligan Ultrapure in Waterloo, IA, is hiring a motivated Customer Service Associate to support daily operations. You will assist customers, answer calls, schedule service appointments and deliveries for bottled water and salt, and enter data in NetSuite.

The role emphasizes accurate bookkeeping support, basic collections, and accounts payable understanding. If you bring energy, a service mindset, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs, you’ll fit right in and help us deliver great water solutions.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred with hands-on customer service experience.
• Basic Microsoft Excel experience.
• Basic understanding of general service installation duties.
• General accounting knowledge for resolving billing issues and reducing account receivable delinquency.
• Basic understanding of Accounts Payable process.
• Position requires a great deal of energy and a passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers.
• Ability to occasionally lift 40 lbs.
